On LinkedIn, you’ll be able to target your audience on a much deeper level — including geographic location, current company, past company, industry, profile language, area of specialisation, and school.etc.

 LinkedIn is the perfect option for highly targeted communication efforts to a very specific “micro” demographic with better opportunities for high conversion rates.

  • Leveraging OPN (Other People Network) is an important way to get connected. This can be done by going to the feed of the influencers in your niche and find who actively engaged with their content and sending a customised invite to them for getting connected.

 

  • LinkedIn groups also helps to get connected to various people in your niche. By joining various groups in LinkedIn, you can identify the people who are active and get connected with them by sending a customised invite.

 

Sending a customised invite is very much important since it creates a personalisation with the person whom you are sending the invite.

 

Step 3: Content -The King

      

Like every other social media platform, creating content is a key component to success in LinkedIn.

Encourage individuals you’re connected to on other social networks to connect with your page on LinkedIn, too.
